A Journey Through Wellness and Natural Living
I’m Karin Kalteren Busink, a nutritionist and organic farmer, deeply committed to women’s health and environmental sustainability. My career has focused on the powerful connections between nutrition, hormonal balance, and the wellbeing of our planet. I live on my organic farm in the Swedish countryside, where I practice the principles I teach through natural wellness, sustainable agriculture, and mindful living. This lifestyle inspired my two books: Menopause: The Change and The Power of Food Choices: Simple Steps to Transform Your Health and Protect the Earth. In Menopause: The Change, I share scientific knowledge and compassionate guidance to help women see menopause as an opportunity for renewal and empowerment. My aim is to provide evidence-based tools to embrace this stage of life with confidence and vitality. In The Power of Food Choices, I show how our daily food decisions can improve health while also protecting the environment. Through my writing and speaking, I combine research with the wisdom gained from years of working with women and farming sustainably—bridging the gap between science and everyday life.
